Soulful Service
Soulful Service was created by Angelyn Whitmeyer and Claire Mandeville to encourage and support people to experience their connection with nature.
A BIT OF OUR STORY
After developing a friendship for many years, we met in 2008 to consider the possibility of consciously creating a business together. We explored common interests as well as intentions for this business, and discovered our connection with nature was a strong, central element in each of our lives. From there, we agreed on the importance of supporting others in enhancing their human experience in harmony with planet Earth.
Soulful Service is both a business — reaching out to others to provide knowledge, service and products which encourage an aware connection with nature — and a process — continually transforming and encompassing different aspects of connecting with nature. For example, we create board books for very young children, review books about nature for folks of all ages, and share information about the food we grow and how we prepare and eat it. We have ideas about guiding explorations in nature settings with children and adults. We have plans to develop a section of this website to support others as co-creators with the non-physical parts of ourselves and nature. And more ideas will come as you provide feedback to us through various surveys and a membership-based portion of this website.
Central to our creative process is the acknowledgement that "we are not alone!" Call it Nature, God, Goddess, Spirit, Non-Physical Energy, Source . . . each of us has powerful validation in our own lives of the invisible intelligences that support physical life on earth. Each time we meet to explore our next steps with Soulful Service, we spark with fresh ideas and inspiration. We leave our meetings excited about what we are creating to support others in their personal experience of nature.
We hope you join us in this adventure.
